We collect only what's necessary to deliver your order and improve your experience:

• Phone number — used for account login and OTP verification
• Full name — displayed on your account and order receipts
• Delivery address — required to deliver your order to you
• Order history — to show your past purchases and reorder easily
• Device information — app version and OS for technical support

• To process and deliver your fruit orders
• To send order status notifications via SMS/app
• To verify your identity securely via OTP
• To provide customer support when you need help
• To improve our app and delivery service quality

Fruitifyy requests location permission only to help you set your delivery address accurately.

• Location is used only when you open the delivery address screen
• We do not track your location in the background
• You can manually type your address without granting location permission
• Location data is never stored on our servers — only your delivery address text is saved

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

• We never store your card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details on our servers
• Payment data goes directly to Razorpay's secure servers
• We only store your order amount and payment status for receipts

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption — never plain HTTP
• Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 — never stored in plain text
• Our database has Row Level Security (RLS) — users can only see their own data
• Admin accounts use multi-factor authentication and lockout protection
• We use Supabase (SOC 2 certified) for secure data storage

We use trusted third-party services to power Fruitifyy:

• Firebase — phone number OTP authentication (Google)
• Razorpay — secure payment processing
• Supabase — database and user management
• Google Maps — address selection and map display

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for them to function.

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — update your name or delivery address anytime in the app
• Deletion — request account deletion by contacting support
• Opt-out — uninstall the app to stop all data collection

Fruitifyy is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Fruitifyy after changes means you accept the updated policy.
